Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. The first day starts on the date the item was received. If more than 14 days have passed since receiving the item, we cannot process your return request.

Requirements:

• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused.

• The packaging of underwear or socks must remain unopened.

• The item must be returned in its original condition.

• The product must be returned in complete condition (including accessories).

• The product must show no signs of wear, damage, or modification.

• All accessories, tags, and manuals that were included must be returned along with the product.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used items.

• Items received more than 14 days ago.

• Underwear and/or socks.

• Seasonal items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

If we receive an item that does not meet the above conditions, we will not process the return request. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you do not pick up your package on time at the designated pickup location (usually within 7 days), the package will automatically be returned to our warehouse.

If you no longer wish to receive the package after it has been returned to our warehouse, we will refund you the amount minus processing and return fees.

If you still wish to receive the package after it has been returned to our warehouse, please contact us!

For quick and correct processing of your right to withdraw from the contract, please send us an email. If you do not pick up and/or return the package, it will not be considered a valid return.
